• How long will it take to receive my decals? 
  Please note that some of our decals are produced in small batches. If your chosen style/finish is not currently in stock, we will order it from our manufacturer. This process typically takes 2-3 weeks before we can ship your order. While this may result in a slightly longer wait, it allows us to offer a wider range of designs. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are working hard to minimize any delays. Thank you for your understanding!  If you prefer not to wait, you can always contact me by email to check if your chosen decal is in stock before you place your order.
• How do I install your decals? 
  Installation of our decals is easy for anyone to do at home.  We recommend visiting our "How-to" page where I've prepared a video of installing decals with the "wet method" which entails spraying your bike surface and the back of the decals with soapy water.
• Can you make me a custom decal?  

  Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I usually don't have the availability to accept custom commissions. While I strive to provide a wide range of pre-designed decals to suit various tastes and preferences, I regretfully may not be able to accommodate custom design requests.

  However, if you have a specific inquiry, you are always welcome to reach out to me via email to double-check my availability. While I cannot guarantee that I will be able to fulfill custom requests, I will do my best to assist you within the constraints of my schedule.

• Do you ship to my country?
  

  Absolutely! I offer worldwide shipping to all countries where shipping services are available through USPS or DHL Worldwide. To determine if we can ship to your specific location and to get an estimate of the shipping cost, simply proceed to the shopping cart on our website and enter your shipping address. The system will calculate the shipping options and costs based on your location.

  Please note that international shipping may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs department. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

• Do I have to do any special preparation to install your decals?
  

  Installing our decals is a relatively straightforward process. You can watch a video on our How-To page. To ensure a successful application, we recommend following these steps:

  1. Clean the surface: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the surface where you intend to apply the decal. Use a mild soap and water solution to remove any dirt, debris, or grease.

  2. Our decals can be installed over existing graphics but if you have emblems on your bike, it is recommended to remove them before applying our decals. Most automotive emblems are affixed with double-sided foam tape. To remove the emblem, you can use dental floss or fishing line behind the emblem in a sawing motion to cut through the tape and detach the emblem. In some cases, using a hair dryer or heat gun to warm up the adhesive can help in releasing it. After removing the emblem, you may need to use a product like 3M adhesive remover or Goo-Gone to eliminate any leftover adhesive residue.

  3. Apply the decal: Once the surface is clean and free of any previous emblems, you can proceed with the "wet method" of installation. Refer to our "How-to" video for this process. Take your time during this step to achieve the desired result.

  4. Post-application: Once the decal is applied, there is no need for any additional clear coat. Our decals are made from weatherproof laminated vinyl, providing excellent durability and protection against the elements. After installation, allow sufficient time for the decal to properly adhere to the surface before subjecting it to any extreme conditions or washing (approximately 24 hours). Feel free to ride your bike immediately after installation as long as you're careful not to disturb it with strong contact or weather you shouldn't be riding in anyway!

• Can I use wax/ceracote/other compounds on the decals?
  

  Yes, it's generally safe to use most products that you would typically use on your paint on our decals. However, it's important to ensure that the specific product you intend to use does not have any warnings against using it on vinyl surfaces.

  We have had excellent results when detailing our bikes and decals using products like Shinewerks, F11 Topcoat, and other automotive polishes. These products can help enhance the shine and protect the surface of both the paint and the decals.

  When using any product on the decals, we recommend following the manufacturer's instructions carefully. It's advisable to test the product on a small, inconspicuous area of the decal first to ensure compatibility and to avoid any potential damage.

  Please note that while our decals are designed to be durable and weatherproof, excessive or aggressive use of certain compounds or polishes may affect their longevity. Therefore, it's essential to exercise caution and use such products in moderation.
